Safety Instructions

The safety of your dog is very important to us. Therefore, please read the following safety instructions carefully and follow them when using our products.

Our products are designed exclusively for dogs and are not toys! Please keep them out of the reach of children.

We only use high-quality industrial-grade materials for our products that are suitable for the manufacture of dog accessories and check each product for its functionality before shipping. Nevertheless, we expressly point out that collars and leashes in particular should be checked regularly for possible wear and tear or damage. Severely damaged products should no longer be used.

Please make sure that you choose the right size for your fur baby. Please note our information on size recommendations, especially our informations about carabiner breaking load. If you are unsure, feel free to write us a message, we will be happy to advise you!

Before you leave the house with your dog, make sure that the buckle on the collar is properly closed (it makes an audible "click") and that you have hooked the carabiner properly.

Please do not leave your dog unattended when wearing our products. Collars and Bandanas pose a risk of strangulation. Therefore, it is better to take the products off when running free or playing with other dogs.

We assume no liability for damage caused by material defects or damage caused by disproportionately selected materials or improper use of the products!

Pflegehinweise

Wir empfehlen Handwäsche für alle unsere Produkte. Bei stärkerer Verschmutzung können Halsbänder, Leinen und Halstücher auch bei 30 Grad in der Waschmaschine gewaschen werden. Für Leinen und Halsbänder empfehlen wir zum Schutz ein Wäschenetz.

Bitte beachten, dass die Stoffe durch zu häufiges Waschen ausbleichen und abnutzen können! Nicht für den Trockner geeignet!
