How long does it take until I receive my order?

Each product is made individually according to your wishes only after the order and payment have been received. Typically, I need 10-15 business days for processing. If you need your order faster, for example for a special occasion, feel free to send me a message and we will see together what is possible.

Do you also ship internationally?

Yes! We ship our products worldwide. You can find information about the costs here.

Exception Austria: due to changes in the waste management law, which are associated with high costs and bureaucratic effort, we unfortunately no longer ship directly to Austria as of January 1, 2023. However, there are companies that can forward packages to Austria at reasonable prices, such as logoix.com. Feel free to check their website or contact me with any questions.

For customers from Switzerland, we recommend the service of meineinkauf.ch to avoid unnecessarily high customs fees.

What size should I choose for my dog?

The right size for collars and bandanas is best determined by measuring your dog's neck circumference. On our respective product pages, you will find a table with size recommendations based on neck circumference.

If your dog is still growing, please indicate this when placing your order, and I will add a little extra for adjustment so that your dog can grow into it.
